After 34 events and a dozen outreaches over 22 days, featuring 135 artists from 12 countries, the Savannah VOICE Festival is slated to wrap up its successful seventh season. Themed “Heaven and Earth,” the 2019 Festival will return to earth with its finale concert and with Festival Gala Dinner” at 6 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 24 at the Plantation Club at the Landings, located at 1 Cottonwood Lane.
